Return Policy
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product without giving any reason and may return the ordered, unopened product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must notify the operator of this in a clear written statement (by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail). The operator must immediately confirm the withdrawal statement to the consumer upon receipt. In the event of the consumer's withdrawal, the ordered product must be returned to the operator within 14 days of the notification of his withdrawal statement. The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator must refund the price of the product purchased by the consumer within 14 days of receiving the relevant statement. The operator will not reimburse the consumer for the postage costs. The operator may demand compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as compensation for damage resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the consumer. After the package arrives at our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be recorded with a camera. This is necessary to avoid any possible misunderstandings later. (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete) The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal: in the case of a non-prefabricated product that was specifically produced at the request of the consumer, based on the needs set by him, in accordance with his individual request, in the case of a product for which the operator complies with the consumer's express request for urgent repair or maintenance working.
