  • You can add the product to the Cart by clicking on the Add to Cart icon. Registration is required for purchase. You can check and edit the contents of the cart using the Cart menu item. You can view and modify the quantity of the product you want to order, as well as select the payment and delivery method that suits you best, or you can delete the given item. You can also completely empty the cart. If you want to add more products to the cart, select the "continue shopping" button. If everything is in order and you have decided to place the order, you can finalize your order by pressing the Checkout button. After you have finalized your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address you provided, which contains the details of your order. If you do not receive such an email, the system has not accepted your order. In such a case, please contact us in the manner already indicated, using the operator details. Once we have processed your order, we will send you an Order Completed confirmation to the email address you provided. The product will only be shipped after this.

  • We will process your order within a few days.

  • We will prepare it within 5-7 working days if the product is not in stock.

  • It depends on destination place. We are using GLS service. We only deliver our products within the European Union. Shipping costs depend on destination, not included in the product price

  • Payment by bank transfer in advance: if we have already confirmed your order, you will find our bank account number and order number in the confirmation email, which must be referred to in the notes / notice section of the transfer. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, only then will we ship the product with the courier service. (You can find our bank account number among the operator details)

  • The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product without giving any reason and may return the ordered, unopened product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must notify the operator of this in a clear written statement (by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail). The operator must immediately confirm the withdrawal statement to the consumer upon receipt. In the event of the consumer's withdrawal, the ordered product must be returned to the operator within 14 days of the notification of his withdrawal statement. The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator must refund the price of the product purchased by the consumer within 14 days of receiving the relevant statement. The operator will not reimburse the consumer for the postage costs. The operator may demand compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as compensation for damage resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the consumer. After the package arrives at our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be recorded with a camera. This is necessary to avoid any possible misunderstandings later.
